Magicfly oil paint set mixing recipes
The Magicfly 40-tube set is the budget box many painters start with. Its colour names do not map to standard pigments — the “Viridian” behaves like a phthalo, the “Light Apricot” is an unusually useful skin base — so recipes from other brands do not transfer. These were calculated for the Magicfly set itself and calibrated against painted swatches.

Questions
Are these the official Magicfly 40 mixing charts?
No. PaintMixLab is not affiliated with Magicfly. The recipes are calculated by our own mixing engine and calibrated against swatches we painted with the set.
Can I use these recipes with a different brand?
As a starting point only. Pigment strength differs between ranges, so use the recipe page for your own set, or build a custom palette in the app.
